Thermally-Broken Stainless Steel Windows
Hygienic, Energy-Efficient Windows
Our fixed stainless steel windows are a durable and hygienic option for many applications, including inspected food facilities and USP-compliant cleanrooms. They’re designed for easy wash-down and wipe-down, featuring a sloped sill on both sides to prevent pooling surfaces. Plus, they are fully welded through the face and jamb to prevent moisture buildup and provide strength.
Select from a range of glazing options, including abrasion-resistant polycarbonate and heated poly-coated glass. Glazing comes pre-sealed in the frame, ensuring fast and flawless installation.

Window Glazing Options
Scratch Resistant Polycarbonate
Makrolon AR2 abrasion-resistant polycarbonate sheet offers superior impact strength compared to standard polycarbonate (often referred to as “Lexan”). It features enhanced surface hardness, improved UV resistance to prevent yellowing and hazing, and excellent performance in food processing environments with harsh chemicals, where glass is not allowed. Available in thicknesses of ¼”, 3/8″, and ½”.
Glass
We provide various glass styles, including tempered, insulated, and wire-reinforced options. Insulated glass comes in double or triple panes with a thickness of ½” or greater.
Heated Insulated Glass
For windows subjected to extreme temperature differences and high humidity, where condensation is a concern, we offer 120-volt heated/insulated glass. The power output ranges from 2 to 40 watts per square foot, depending on the conditions. Get in touch for personalized recommendations.
Glass with Safety Film Protection
Some environments require insulated and/or heated glass to prevent condensation. But, many processing environments cannot risk glass breaking. We provide processing customers peace of mind. We laminate insulated glass units with SolarGuard Armorcoat 7-mil safety film to strengthen glass and contain glass in the event of breakage.

Quality Seal
Our stainless steel doors that are not fire-rated have a void-free injected foam core. Multiple core options are available for fire doors, including polystyrene, pre-formed polyurethane, and honeycomb boards. Restrictions may apply based on the desired fire rating.
Glazing Options
Virtually any glazing type is available for our windows, including scratch-resistant polycarbonate, tempered glass, insulated / tempered glass, wire glass, and heated glass, at varying thicknesses.
Frame Construction
We build standard frames using 304-4 (brushed) stainless steel, although 316 stainless steel is available if needed. Frames are designed with a thermal break to avoid transferring cold from one side of the wall to the other, helping prevent condensation. The split-frame design installs quickly into IMP and enables a foamed-in-place installation for maximum thermal performance.
Custom Sizes
Virtually any frame size is available, with or without center mullions, for varying wall depths, glazing types, and thicknesses.
