USP 797 & 800 Compliant Cleanrooms

Ideal for many cleanroom applications, Weiland fiberglass and stainless steel doors feature seamless door exteriors, void-free door cores, and stainless steel hardware to deliver long-term performance with minimal areas for harborage that can create cross-contamination issues. Both types of personnel doors can be provided with single flush vision panels that are flush with the door surface.
Fixed stainless steel windows are mounted flush against the wall and feature welded mitered corners that can be brushed smooth on the face. Glazing is flush with the frame or set against a sloped sill in less sensitive applications. Glazing is vacuum-applied at the factory for maximum seal, and can be installed in a void-free manner.
