Weiland Sales Tax Nexus
Weiland, Inc. is legally obligated to collect and remit sales tax for all transactions in states where we maintain a tax nexus. To ensure compliance with state tax laws, we kindly request that customers provide us with valid tax exemption certificates for any transactions they believe should be exempt from sales tax. Submission of these exemption documents is required to remove Sales tax from an invoice.
Please be aware that in states where Weiland, Inc. does not have a Tax ID number, and you do not possess a tax exemption certificate, it is your responsibility to remit sales tax directly to the relevant state tax authorities.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to tax regulations. If you have any questions or require assistance with tax exemption documentation, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
